    UAE: Dubai businessman donates 7 buildings worth AED 110 million ($29.7M) to charity

    Emirati businessman Hamad bin Ahmed bin Salem Al Hajri has donated seven Dubai properties worth AED 110 million ($29.7M) to Awqaf Dubai, one of the year’s largest real estate endowments. The foundation, managing assets of AED 11.1 billion ($2.997B), will use the donation to support education, healthcare, and social welfare projects, while the UAE’s Golden Visa now rewards high-value humanitarian donors.
