    Techie falls 3,000 feet to his death: Argentinian climber struck boulder, knocked out, then slipped again; body found

    Matias Augusto Travizano, an Argentinian tech entrepreneur, tragically died after falling from Mount Shasta in California. Travizano had reached the summit with two other climbers. During the descent, he and another climber lost their way. They ended up on the Wintun Glacier. Travizano slipped and fell approximately 3,000 feet. A California Highway Patrol helicopter recovered his body. Officials warn climbers about the dangers of even the 'safer' routes.
