Kishan Rajeshkumar Patel and Dhruv Rajeshbhai Mangukiya targeted elderly Americans, impersonating IRS officials. Moinuddin Mohammed orchestrated a similar scheme. They defrauded victims of significant amounts. The money was laundered internationally. Despite these cases, most Indian students in America are pursuing legitimate paths.
