Saudi Arabia has released a draft of strict new regulations for Hajj transportation to ensure safe and reliable travel for millions of pilgrims. Service providers must obtain permits, meet technical standards, and submit applications by specified deadlines. Violations could result in fines from SR150 to SR100,000, suspension for up to three Hajj seasons, or permanent revocation of operating permits.
