'People called me racist in 2021': JD Vance reacts amid row over who allowed White House shooter Rahmanullah Lakanwal inside US

Vice President JD Vance said when in 2021 he had opposed to Biden's decision of opening the gate for Afghan refugees, he was called a 'racist'. "They shouldn't have been in our country," Vance wrote after White House shooter was identified as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan refugee who came to the US in 2024; but was granted asylum by the Donald Trump administration.
