    Donald Trump pardoned January 6 rioter arrested for threatening to kill Hakeem Jeffries: 'Cannot allow this terrorist to live'

    A New York man, previously pardoned for his role in the January 6th Capitol attack, has been arrested. Christopher Moynihan faces charges for allegedly making death threats against House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. Investigators revealed text messages indicating intent to harm Jeffries. Moynihan was taken into custody and is currently held on bail.
